Pictures of child sexual abuse and taken credit card numbers are being publicly traded on encrypted apps, a BASSE CONSOMMATION investigation has found.
Security experts advised Radio 4's File on 4 course that the encrypted apps were acquiring over from the dark web like a venue for crime.
The risk-free messaging apps, including Telegram and Discord, have become popular following successful police force operations against criminal markets operating about what is known as the black web - a network that may only be accessed by special web browsers.
The secure apps have both some sort of public and encrypted side.
